Pack With Care
Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
